What the session covers
The workshop starts with email and the phone’s account, because they are the way to access many other accounts. Then it covers where photos are stored, how to decide what to keep, and which settings Apple and Google offer for after someone is gone. It ends with five questions to ask once a year.
Nobody is asked for a password, a PIN or a code.
