A preneed plan settles the arrangements while the client can still decide. It does not open the phone, the email or the photo library. We help the client secure those accounts, such as email, the phone company and the Apple or Google Account, and prepare the people they trust. The client contracts with FortifiedWall directly. This is a referral pilot.

What the client can prepare today
- Their email, phone company and Apple or Google accounts secured.
- The photos and recordings copied and labeled.
- The trusted people named.
- Apple Legacy Contact and Google Inactive Account Manager set up where they fit.
- The handoff (printed instructions, and a security key and a locked drive where they fit), practiced with the people who need it.
The client can take these steps alongside a preneed plan. Nobody can promise access to an account after a death. That is the reason to do this work now.
